Bone broth is a superfood, full of minerals that our body can absorb easily & that are necessary for our bone health. It is used for healing many diseases like diabetes, tuberculosis, muscle diseases and cancer!

HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN STOCK:

Ingredients:

1 Whole Free Range Organic Chickens

4 Quarts Filtered Water

3-4 Celery Ends (I save mine in the freezer, until I’m ready to make a broth)

1 Onion Coarsely Chopped

2 Carrots Chopped

4-5 Garlic Cloves halved

2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

Directions:¬†You can add other veggies if you wish ūüėČ make it your creation!

Use a chicken and either bake it (then strip off all the meat) or put it in a crockpot for an hour or two and let the meat fall off. ¬†Then use the meat for a meal and throw all the bones back into the crockpot, along with the celery ends, coarsely chopped onion, garlic, carrots, and apple cider vinegar. ¬†Let stand in crockpot for 30 minutes to an hour. ¬†Then put the crock put on low for 1-2 days. The longer you leave it the more the bones will release. ¬†Strain your broth into a container and chill in the refrigerator. Once it’s chilled scoop off the fat from the top of the stock. (I store it in a gallon wide mouthed glass jar.) ¬†You’re broth is ready to drink!

Drink one cup a day to get your calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, silicon, sulfur and trace minerals. ¬†Broth stores in the fridge for 3 days. ¬†If you’re making this for 1-2 people you may want to freeze half until you’re ready to drink it.
